Sony FS100
The Sony NEX FS100U is a High Definition video camera noted for its extra large Exmor Super 35 CMOS Sensor. The FS100U’s large sensor (23.6mm x13.3mm) gives videographers a number of advantages such as, higher sensitivity in low light, less image noise and a wide dynamic range. The FS100U is capable of shooting in a 1920 x 1080 resolution at a variety of frame rates including 24p, 30p and 60p. The camera’s modular design allows mixing and matching of compatible lenses, microphones and other audio inputs. The FS100U comes paired with an 18-200mm manual zoom lens and a Rode NTG-2 shotgun microphone. Three 16Gb SDHC cards are included in the kit. Each card will record approximately 87 minutes at 24p.
